What that looks like

Training and practical implementation belong together, but you can buy either one without committing to both. A workshop is a valid purchase on its own. A systems review can conclude that no new software is worth buying. An automation pilot follows only when the process and its dependencies are understood.

Engagements are small and bounded: a written scope, a completion test, a named owner on your side and a documented handoff. If a problem is outside what this practice does well, that is said before work starts.
