AI training and adoption
Your team knows how to use AI for useful work and when to check it.
Hands-on learning built around the work your team actually does. The team practises on its own tasks, not on a demonstration, and leaves with a short playbook.
What is included
- A preparation call to choose three tasks from your real work.
- A private half-day session for one team, in person or online.
- Practice on drafting and editing, summarising approved material, research checking, meeting follow-up or routine reporting.
- How to frame a task, give context and check the output.
- Which tools are approved for which information.
- A short role playbook and one follow-up session.
Who it is for
- Professional-service offices where proposals, meeting notes and client documents take repeated effort.
- Nonprofits and membership organisations with small teams and recurring admin.
- Teams that have tried AI once and want a reliable way to use it.

Questions
How many people can attend?
One team. The attendee cap is agreed in the scope so the session stays practical.
Do we need AI tools already?
No. We agree which approved tools to use before the session. If you have none, we can use a trial account for practice with public or synthetic examples.
Will one session change how the team works?
A session gives the team practice and a playbook. Follow-up and repeated use are what make it stick, which is why one follow-up session is included.
