What is not included
Boundaries are part of the scope, not an afterthought.
- Hardware, networks and general IT support are not included.

- Implementation is a separate decision and is not bundled into the review.
- A review may conclude that no new software or AI project is worthwhile. That is a valid result.
Questions
Is this an IT audit?
No. It is a business systems review: what the work needs, what the software does and where the gaps are. Technical security testing is not part of it.
Will you recommend replacing everything?
No. Keep is a real option in every review. The recommendation follows the work, not a product.
How long does it take?
The scope sets the interviews and systems covered. Timing is agreed in writing before the review starts.
Start with a short conversation, not a proposal.
