Workflow automation

A repetitive process runs with less manual handling and a clear owner.

One workflow, mapped and agreed before anything is built. Ordinary rules-based automation where that is enough, AI only where it adds value.

What is included

  • Map one process and agree its rules and exceptions.
  • Baseline the current steps and the manual effort.
  • Connect up to two systems.
  • Test against agreed acceptance criteria.
  • Documentation, a named owner handoff and an agreed stabilisation window.

Who it is for

  • Enquiry intake, quote follow-up and scheduling that depend on manual updates.
  • Reporting assembled by copying between tools.
  • Teams with one clear repeated process and a person who owns it.

What is not included

Boundaries are part of the scope, not an afterthought.

  • Unlimited integrations and unrestricted data migration are not included.
  • We do not automate unattended financial decisions, autonomous outreach or decisions about people.
  • Ongoing maintenance requires a separate support agreement.
  • A 24/7 service guarantee is not offered.

Questions

Do we need AI for this?

Often not. If plain rules handle the process reliably, that is what we build.

What happens when something fails?

Every pilot documents exceptions and a manual fallback, and names the person who owns the process.

Can you connect our existing tools?

The pilot scope names the systems involved and up to two integrations. Anything beyond that is scoped separately.
